cloudmedia (“cloudmedia” or “www.cloudmedia.marketing” or “we” or “us”) has created this privacy policy (this “Privacy Policy”) in order to demonstrate its commitment to user, visitor and customer privacy with regard to the cloudmedia web site at www.cloudmedia.marketing (the “Website”). We do not respond to browser do-not-track signals or mechanisms.

You may be using the Website to host data (including but not limited to pictures, email correspondence with other users and other content) and information (“Data”). We will not review, share, distribute, print, or reference any such Data except as provided herein and in the cloudmedia Terms of Use, as may be required by law, or in order to conduct any business that we, in our sole subjective discretion, deem reasonable. Individual records may at times be viewed or accessed for the purpose of resolving a problem, support issue, suspected violation of any of the terms of this Website, as may be required by law, or as deemed necessary by cloudmedia. cloudmedia may also collect certain information from visitors to, and users of, the Website, such as Internet addresses. This information is logged to help diagnose technical problems, and to administer our Website in order to constantly improve the quality of the Service. We may also track and analyze non-identifying and aggregate usage and volume statistical information from you and provide such information to third parties.

cloudmedia does not wish to collect any Personal Information (or any information at all) from any persons under 14 years old. If you are under 14 years old, you may not use the Website.

Anti-Spam Policy

cloudmedia subscribes to an Anti-Spam policy for all its communication protocols. This means that we do not condone unsolicited email messages, notifications, alerts or any message that you may receive from someone who should not have your email address.

The following two options are available:

  • Inform cloudmedia of the incident, but keep your email unblocked, or

  • Inform cloudmedia of the incident and have your email blocked so as to not be able to receive any messages sent via cloudmedia.

Please include your email address, the date and time you received it and the contents of the message (if possible) when completing the email.

The Website contains links to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these other websites. You will need to check the policy statement of these others websites to understand their policies. When you access a linked site you may be disclosing private information. It is your responsibility to keep such information private and confidential.
